HI! I need to lose about 100 lbs!

Hi!
I just picked up my prescription today and after reading this am very anxious to get started! I can't believe all of the support and information this place has! It's so great! I can't wait until I have weight loss to report. I am currently a stay at home mom of 4 childre. 5yrs, 3 yr old twins, and a 1 yr. old. I feel like I'm so busy but my energy levels are so low, and the weight is a different issure now! But, I have faith after seeing this!

Thanks for asking. I have lost 17 pounds so far. Give or take a couple pounds each day!!! I was hitting the gym hard (10 miles on the bike 4 days a week) but have slowed down now. I need to get back, the weight obviously comes off faster then!!!
