Hi! Thanks! My weight loss is FINALLY going well. I just weighed today and I'm down 5 pounds!!!!!!! I was getting a little discouraged yesterday but now I know I'm going to be OK. I have been to the gym 3 days in a row and I just added 500mg of B12 in the late morning since I have been crashing in the afternoon. It seems to keep my energy up to make it until night. I have NO problems sleeping at night!!!! I just started the Phen on Thursday 3/9 so I know that I should not expect a miracle over night....just anxious I guess!! Anyway, thanks!! It will be nice to keep in touch with someone!!!!

Ya know I don't know about that ticker. How do I get one on my messages? I can't figure it out. I'm new here also. She's right about the diary...it's a great thing to do. I have met so many wonderful people here.

ok go click on my ticker it should take you to the tickerfactory there imput all your info it will then give you a code you copy that and post it in the signature section of your profile let me know if i can be of any help

I think this has been an excellent week. In 9 days I have lost 6 pounds. I have increased my excercise immensly by riding the bike at the gym for 10 miles a day for 4 days. I did some weight lifting for arms and ab work out. I'm a little sore still today, but anxious to get back there!
I'm really please so far. It is still VERY hard work. It's not like I can do nothing and just take the medicine......I HAVE to work at it. But, now that I have seen some significant results, I'm in it till the end!!!! Thanks for all of the support!!!!
