I think this has been an excellent week. In 9 days I have lost 6 pounds. I have increased my excercise immensly by riding the bike at the gym for 10 miles a day for 4 days. I did some weight lifting for arms and ab work out. I'm a little sore still today, but anxious to get back there!
I'm really please so far. It is still VERY hard work. It's not like I can do nothing and just take the medicine......I HAVE to work at it. But, now that I have seen some significant results, I'm in it till the end!!!! Thanks for all of the support!!!!
