So... O.K. My weight loss seems to be slowwwwwwwwwww. I'm just startingt to exercise though so I'm sure that will help. My appetite a comes and goes. Yesterday I could only eat 1/2 a bowl of cereal, an apple at snack time and 2 bites of a sandwich. Dinner was a different story. I was for sure hungry by night time. Also, I just bought a B12 vitamin yesterday to try to rev me up. I seem to hit a wall around 1:30-2:00 in the afternoon and can't think of doing anything else EXCEPT laying down. I know I am getting plenty of sleep at night so I thought I'd give the B12 a shot. Anyone else have any advice??? I'm not sure if this is normal or not!
