hello all, new to forum. been on phenterimine 30mg daily for 3 weeks have lost 16 pounds. get a little hungry late at nite but trying very hard to stay focused on goal.i do cheat now and then but very little and not often. need to lose 20 to 25 more pounds. im 45 and started at 186 (yuck) now at 170. started to feel better about myself. hardest part was cutting back on cokes and drinking water, but i have. i limit myself to 1 aday. dont add salt to foods. i still feel very tired by the time i get off work at 5 .but at work i go 90 miles an hour. i havent exercised yet because im so tired when i get off work. i feel that i get a energy boost for about 5 or 6 hours only then im tired. is this normal? I go back to dr. next week for another refill on the script, and i will try the 37.5. do yall think this will help? this forum is very beneficial thanks to all. cheryl
