Hello everyone.

Let me introduce myself. My name is Chayo. I am 31, 5'7 1/2" (gotta add the half inch!) and started Phentermine on April 3rd weighing 178.6. I weighed myself yesterday and I was down to 171.8! :grin: I am so excited. I've been exercising 3 times a week, drinking lots of water. I just have a couple of questions. I take 37.5 at approxmately 6 in the morning. It suppresses my appetite for the whole day but I am having trouble getting and staying asleep for the whole night.
1) How can I counteract the sleeplessness?
2) Any excercise video recommendations to maximize fat-loss? I would consider myself an intermediate level video person. No step! I am not that coordinated.
3) What is the average weight loss in a month?

My goal is 160 lbs. I am very large boned so 160 translates into a size 8 for me.

I hope Im not giving you bad info here..heres something I try and it sounds crazy..as you know caffiene can flush the phen right out of your system...well about 7pm I have a cup of caffienated coffee..by the time I am going to bed the coffee and the Phen have worn off. This might not work if coffee gives you a high..worth a try though..good luck.

I take a over the counter sleeping pill. I didnt take one tonight due to friends over.. sooo here it is 2 15 a.m. Bet I will not need one tomorrow night.

Wow i wish i had that problem! I try to wait till about noon to take my pill hoping that it will last the whole day, and I can go right to bed by 10.
