I gaing a lot a weigh with my pregnacy after my baby I was 210 and i went down to 162 in 3 months ( march to may 2005) with a lot of exercies and dieting
Red line VPX then I stop
In september I want to lose more weight (I was at 165)
and started going to the gym twice, an drinking a lot of water and also I eated very small portion ( more Soup )
and by november 20 Iwas down to 145 With 18-20 porcent body fat
supplements :
CLA 9 pills a day
dietex 4 pills a day
dietex shakes 2 a day
multivitamines 2 a day
the last couple of months I had a medical problem with my ankle( Iwas not able to exercies) and i was so depress because I was not able to walk or be on my feet for too long so I went back to 162 and is summer coming up and i have a party reunion and i want to look my best !!!

Im 5'7 so my plan is by june 7 be back on my size 4 jeans ( 145 or less )
