Hi mel2414, Welcome to phenforum. I think you will find if you drink more water that it will decrease your hunger. In addition, it's really important to drink a lot of water when taking phentermine. If you are experiencing any nausea, dizziness or headaches it is a sign you are not consuming enough water. It's even more important now that warm weather is here. It is too easy to become dehydrated while taking phentermine. Phentermine works by stimulating the central nervous system. This will cause excess perspiration as well as increased energy. Combined w/ warmer weather you are in need of more fluid than you would normally need. Many people are finding that increasing their water intake is increasing their weight loss as well.
