Hi everyone. I just discovered this forum yesterday and already I love it. I started on the 37.5 mg 2 weeks ago and I loved it at first. I have minimal side effects and it seemed like my hunger was on mute all the time, I just didn't feel it. I pretty much had to force myself to eat small meals. However, now 2 weeks later, I'm down about 5 lbs but my hunger has started coming back. I just ate lunch 3 hours ago and had a small snack an hour ago and I'm feeling hungry again. Any advice?

Hi Mel2424, How much water have you been drinking?

Probably not enough... I'm trying to drink as much as I can during the day but our kitchen is way on the other side of the building so I rarely go in there. I do drink a lot at home though.

Hi mel2414, Welcome to phenforum. I think you will find if you drink more water that it will decrease your hunger. In addition, it's really important to drink a lot of water when taking phentermine. If you are experiencing any nausea, dizziness or headaches it is a sign you are not consuming enough water. It's even more important now that warm weather is here. It is too easy to become dehydrated while taking phentermine. Phentermine works by stimulating the central nervous system. This will cause excess perspiration as well as increased energy. Combined w/ warmer weather you are in need of more fluid than you would normally need. Many people are finding that increasing their water intake is increasing their weight loss as well. Good luck, dawg

I've been getting dizzy lately. I've been working a lot outside in the garden and mowing etc. AND my weightloss was at a stand still for like 2 weeks. I thought I was drinking enough water (the same amount I've been drinking since I started), but I never thought about the warmer weather/increased sweat etc. Thanks for mentioning that Top Dawg (your so smart). I will up the water intake and see if that helps the dizziness.

I just hit the minus 20 mark today! :-D
