Hello everyone, I am new to this forum but not to phen. I took phen Dec 2004 for two months and lost 14lbs but my dr moved to a different city so I had to wait until I found a new one. I have a new dr now and have started taking phen again. I started for the 2nd time Feb 06 but have taken it sporadically, on & off again, b/c I was waiting for it to get approved through Humana (my ins comp). Finally, approved so I am starting again and this time my goal is to take it w/no interruptions. I am 5'1 or so and 215lbs, I have always carried my weight very well according to onlookers, but its getting a little out of control. My husband and I met 4yrs ago and married almost 2yrs ago after the birth of our daughter. When we met I was 150 and looked great, perfect stomach and booty (my husband's favorite part). Now 4yrs later I am not showing my best features as well as I was before. So I am beginning to watch what I eat and w/o 3/4x a wk and of course 1 37.5 phen a day. My goal is 160lb by October, I know that's a difficult goal, but w/my itinerary I believe its possible. Any tips? Always open for suggestions/comments. :grin: Cyndi[/url]

Hi, cdhunte. :-D How is the diet going with the phentermine this time around? Are you still having good results?
I am proud of you for having a long term goal out to October. :shock: The most I can hope for is next month. It is difficult to see beyond that point for me.

Thank You for the encouragement, the diet is actually going okay, I even started a journal on here, its under Cyndi's Slim Down and Tone Up Journal, please come and ck out my progress, and offer any helpful tips or advice. Again, thank you so much for the reply on the intro....
