Hi! I am new here but not to Phentermine. I am currently at 199 and am looking for a goal of 150. I would like to find a buddy who has a great since of humor and not afraid to laugh.I am a married 26yr old and a mother of two sort of I have a 6yr old daughter and a 14yr old step son who I have had since he was 3. I am a stay at home kind of person. My husband is a Arkansas National Guardsman and works on base as a civilian. He is overweight but is too busy to mess with a diet or new life style.

Hi, Tina and welcome to the forum. We are glad to have you share your progress with Phen with us. As you have seen, there are many people on this site who have lost a lot of weight using Phen and not using Phen (like me). I took Phen three years ago after the birth of my daughter but only had about 15 lbs. to lose. I lost the weight quickly. But later, I had to take steroids for 6 months and gained 40 lbs. So, I was going to give Phen a try again, but it took so long for it to arrive that I just started the diet without it and lost about 15 lbs. So, I cancelled my order of Phen. I have lost a total of 30 lbs. in 9 wks.

I am a fan of the Phen and I hope to hear more about your ups and downs and battles so I can give you an inspirational word to help you fight.

What kind of diet did you start if you dont mind me asking?
