I am so excited to have found you all, and this terrific site! I started Phentermine a couple of months ago, and had great results the first few weeks. I am still learning, and would love to hear how you are doing. Please drop by my journal if you have a chance -- Jasmyn's Journal.

I took a week off of Phen and am so happy to be back on it.

Hi, Jasmyn! You are doing great on your weight loss plan. Did you go off the phen because it started to lose its effectiveness for you? And when you started back, did it work as well as the first time you took it? How long did you stay on it before you became resistant OR did you ever? Thanks for putting up with so many questions!

Thanks for writing!
I did go off Phen because it stopped working. I took it for around 3 weeks before it stopped working. I stopped taking it for a week, then started again. It worked for a few days, then stopped :(

Does phentermine stop working for everyone or just certain people? Is there some kind of link to why it stops working? I have been on it since June third and so far have lost 15 pounds. I am eating right and drinking lots of water. I try to get in excercise as much as I can, however I am becoming more active and am staying away from sitting my but on the couch and watching T.V.
