As far as what to eat? Hmmmm, I honestly don't like any particular
diet unless you are ready to stick to that way of eating for life. It's to easy to get used to eating by those and then once you've lost the weight, to start gaining back if you don't STAY w/ that way of eating. Honestly, the
Phentermine is just there to help curve your appetite while you learn to eat better and to exercise more. So I would recommend eating foods that you know are allready good for you, and learn to go from there. If I were to recommend a specific diet though, I think it would be South Beach. I just found it easier to do my own thing. Which is to make sure you get a protein w/ every meal. Even if it's a handful of nuts or a protein shake, which I here are actually pretty good.
Limit red meat and stay away from High Fat/High Carb's and sugars. High carbs are things like white bread and pasta's, and sugar's I think you probably can figure out LOL Whole wheat pasta's and breads are great BTW, and taste good too
I would also recommend that you start a
journal in the daily support section. That's where you will meet everyone. You can get support there, gossip w/everyone and in turn help support them too. You will also learn about what other's are doing and get other ideas.
