:drinkers: JUST GOT MY PILLS TODAY AND I THOUGHT I HAD BEEN RIPPED OFF AS I ORDERED THE PHENTERMINE 37.5MG PILLS AND I GOT A.167 BLUE/WHITE CAPSULES IS ANYONE ELSE ON THESE AND DO THEY WORK

Hi BUSHBABY, The A-167capsules are Amide 37.5 mg. Phentermine. That is what you ordered. You probably expected tablets, and that isn't at all unusual. What you have received is legit. so don't worry about that. Some members actually prefer these. There are a few areas in the forum you might want to check out as far as a specific diet. There is Atkins, Weight Watchers, South Beach and another area called Other diet plans. There is also a new area that has recipes. AmandaDS, the moderator just started it. I know you will find lots of support here. You may want to start a journal and find a diet buddy. Welcome to phenforum and Good Luck, dawg :razz: :razz:

BushBaby-First of all welcome to the Forum. This is a great place to help you along your w/ your weight loss. I promise you will meet some wonderful people here and get some awesome support and help from them. I've made wonderful friends here

As far as what to eat? Hmmmm, I honestly don't like any particular diet unless you are ready to stick to that way of eating for life. It's to easy to get used to eating by those and then once you've lost the weight, to start gaining back if you don't STAY w/ that way of eating. Honestly, the Phentermine is just there to help curve your appetite while you learn to eat better and to exercise more. So I would recommend eating foods that you know are allready good for you, and learn to go from there. If I were to recommend a specific diet though, I think it would be South Beach. I just found it easier to do my own thing. Which is to make sure you get a protein w/ every meal. Even if it's a handful of nuts or a protein shake, which I here are actually pretty good.
Limit red meat and stay away from High Fat/High Carb's and sugars. High carbs are things like white bread and pasta's, and sugar's I think you probably can figure out LOL Whole wheat pasta's and breads are great BTW, and taste good too

I would also recommend that you start a journal in the daily support section. That's where you will meet everyone. You can get support there, gossip w/everyone and in turn help support them too. You will also learn about what other's are doing and get other ideas.
