I have been taking Phentermine 37.5 mg for one month. My prescription has run out and I am ordering more. Due to the holiday weekend, I may not get my order until the middle of next week. Will it have any effects or disadvantages to stopping the pills for a few days and then starting again? This time I am ordering the 90 day supply, but this time I wanted to see if it would work.

Hi, Ginny! It may be good that you are taking a little break for these few days; it may help the phen work better when you restart it! I have read some of Ian's and Top-Dawg's writings that suggest lowing the doseage gradually but I guess you don't have that option. You may feel sluggish and tired, but I hope not! Try to keep up with all your new habits like eating more often, counting your calories and eating nutrition-rich foods. Remember to drink lots of water and keep up with your exercises.
