What does it do? How much b-12 a day? Is a multi-vitamin ok in replacement of the b-12? And the lemon water? what does that do?
Can I also drink crystal light with no calories or anything in the place of my water, since there is nothing added to those powered drinks?

I don't like lemon water either and have been wondering weather amino acid supplements will work the same. And, I'm nervous about building up a tolerance. I drink nothing but water. Crystal light has NO sugar - calories, no nothing.. That is why I was seeing if I could replace some of my water intake with it.
