Here I come, new and excited

Hello everybody! I have been reading posts here for some time. I started Phentermine two weeks ago, 37 mg, but due to side effects (insomnia, dizziness, etc...) decided to continue weight loss on my own. I have lost 5 pounds in 6 days while on Phentermine... I was inspired by your success stories and even ordered Core Secrets online. I am totally in!
I have been dieting for decades, yo-yo style and packing more and more pounds every time I let myself go. I am an emotional eater. Not anymore!

Too bad the phen didn't work out for you....did you try starting out with a half of one? My friend does that....she is very sensitive to medicene.

I got a full dose of 37 mg and couldn't sleep at all. I would take a pill around 5 AM and would find myself staring at the computer screen at 2 AM. With school and work it was impossible to keep it up. I felt disconnected from my body, however I knew I was hurting it.

So for a week my scale did not move. I am sad. It was fun to lose 5 lbs in 6 days. I am trying to exercise and drink a lot of water, I also started fiday.com tracking of calories and activities.

I know FOR SURE I could not have lost my weight w/o these prescription pills!!! I just get WAAAAAY too hungry, & my hunger takes over & blows my good intentions of dieting EVERY time! NOT THIS TIME!!! YAAAAAAAY!!! :-D
I just LOVE Phentermine, & I'm soooo glad I found this website! It has helped me out TREMENDOUSLY!!! :-D

I have been bingeing for a month and a half and gained 10 lbs... two dress sizes... Phentermine helped me to stop bindeing and my stomach got smaller. I don't need to eat as much, although I still think about the taste of foods I shouldn't eat.

Ladee, I have not tried to break my pills yet. So far I am doing good without pills, just watching what I eat.
