it's great to hear everyone's success, but i'm a little concerned. i had an awesome expereince on phetermine in highschool. about 2 years ago i was prescribed some adipex 37.5 2x and didn't help at all. i can't remember if it was the same pill that took before, but it gave me all the side effects good/bad with no weight loss. i recently purchased the blue/clear capsules hoping that this will be different. any thoughts?

:grin: Hi, livelovelife! Welcome to this forum~ There are so many kinds and strengths that it seems the Adipex 37.5 should be helping. It may not give you extra energy; it may just give you WILLPOWER. And THAT is what I like most about it. It worked better for me the 2nd month after taking it than the first and has not lessened since I began it in May. :shock:

:cool: Remember it has no inherent qualities of its own to make you lose weight; it must be combined with a healthy, controlled diet and some form of extra exercising. Start wherever you are..drink at least 100 oz. of water or lemon water every day and remember, YOU CAN DO IT!! WE are all helping each other to make THIS diet be our LAST diet.
