 Hi, Dreamn and welcome to PhenForum! You will be able to lose; your weight loss is right around the corner, so don't worry! Consistency is a key...moderation is important. You can't cut your intake too drastically or your body might start holding onto pounds rather than letting them go. Some good advice is to eat frequently, eat small amounts (but NOT under 1,000-1,200 calories a day) and eat a little protein each time. This helps curb your hunger and keeps blood sugars more regular. Drink your lemon water, all day long, at least 100 oz. a day. Exercise a little each day.
