The first week I lost 5lbs and now i've gone up 2lbs. my appetites increasing and i'm just fell super full. my clothes feel tight too. i'm getting so unmotivated. i'm eating my fruits and veggies and working out a couple times a week. HELP!!!
You look that unmotivation right in the eyes and tell it to go away and not to EVER come back. You CAN do this and we can all help...report in to us and also write down everything that you eat. Eat several times a day; I suggest maybe 6 times just because that has helped me with hunger pangs, 200 calories at a time. If you pare that number down, be sure not to go under 1,000 calories a day because less than that throws your body into starvation mode which means it won't allow you to lose.:eek: Rev up your metabolism by eating early and always, I repeat- ALWAYS, have a little protein each time. Milk, egg, beans, yogurt, a few almonds or walnuts, but measure each time. Keep posting here and fill us in on how you're doing. This WILL work for you and it will be the LAST time you ever have to do this! Won't THAT be great??

Thanks for the great motivation. Your right, I can do this, but for some reason I thought it would be a little bit easier with the pills. I know it's not a miracle pill, but just enough to not have to think about food so much.
