HI guys. I'm Lee and I am patiently waiting for my phen pills. Hopefully FedEx will get it right and deliver it today. I am so excited! I was a little worried about it until I ran across this forum. Reading all the success stories and the support from everyone is great. My sister-in-law told me about phen and how she lost 25 lbs. with it. After reading the stories here, I was wondering why some people lose a ton of weight quickly and some lose it a little slower. What's the secret? I have started going back to the gym and do about 45 mins. of cardio everyday and weight train about 4 days out of the week. So needless to say, I am at the gym 5 days a week and 4 of them is for a little over an hour. I live is NC. Does anyone know of a place that sells phen locally? What's this "lemon with water" you guys are talking about/ Any advice you have for a newbie like me? I appreciate any information you guys are willing to share. :p

Hi, Lee, and welcome to PhenForum!
I am just now catching up with reading since our baby (25 years old ) moved all the way to New Jersey today. I apologize for not responding early in the day as I usually like to do!:o
Each of us has a different metabolism, which can be kick started in several ways. One is to eat breakfast fairly soon after awakening. Another is to do your cardio in the morning hours. Some folks say not to eat after 7pm . There are several posts by Ian, the owner of this site, that are available here under the forums section. Some say it is an excellent habit to begin writing down every single bite that passes your lips. Adding it up usually proves that most of us under estimate what we consume!
Phen can be a great tool and help give us the willpower to stay to a diet but new ways of eating and daily exercises must be learned and a minimum of 1000 calories a day should be consumed in order to keep your body from thinking it's starving, and holding onto every calorie eaten. Eat often (4-6 times a day) and include protein EVERY time.
There is SO much information on this forum that is so good and trustworthy. Amanda is our moderator, Ian is the owner and Top-Dawg (Mike) is our resident pharmacist. Best of luck to you, Lee, and chin up! Local pharmacies require a written prescription from your doctor. There are several online but they are expensive and many are unreliable..check around and spend some time reading these posts..you'll soon catch on~

Today is the first day I took phen and all I can say is WOW! I love it. No jitters or shakes. I took it about 30 minutes before breakfast and I actually forgot to eat breakfast. Did a whole bunch of yard work which was a good way to work off the energy. I cleaned my house like crazy this evening because I still had energy to burn. I wondered if it would actually work on my appetite since I have a bad habit of eating even when I'm not hungry. I don't have to wonder anymore because it worked great. I didn't even THINK about eating. I had to remind myself to eat dinner. I love it!

Glad to see that the Phen is working for you. It does give lots of energy to some people, myself included. I was cleaning out my closet today! I can understand eating even though you weren't hungry. That's a problem that I have too. Good luck and let us know how you're getting along.

Well, this is Day 3 and I am just loving this! But I have noticed that I am sweating a whole lot more than normal. Is this because of the Phen? I was out shopping yesterday and couldn't stop sweating. BUT, it is a small price to pay. I am down 1.4 lb from Saturday (Day 1). What I am having a problem with is giving up my coffee. I've gone 2 days without it, so I got a small decaf this morning. Do you think that's okay?

Hi, Lee! I started out perspiring some, too, now that I think about it! I think that is a direct result of boosting your metabolism. Your body parts work faster!

Drinking plenty of water will help with the sweating. Oh and lemon with water is just that... A glass of water with lemon in it! (Lemon juice cleans impurities in the body). Actually, I bet it does a whole lot more than that but I'm not too scholared on all it's benefits. I just like the way it tastes.

You can use a bottle of lemon juice but I would recommend fresh squeezed lemon juice. (I use organic lemons, because I am a snob.)

WHEEEEEEE!
