well...i'm happy to announce that since i started using Phentermine in November 2006 i've lost 43 lbs...i go to the gym as often as i can and definatly have cut back on the amount of food i intake...the phentermine has worked but at the same time i do get hungry from time to time and go with my hunger but even at that i cant eat alot as i get full faster...i only have 3 months to lose 50 more lbs or even 60...i hope i can do it!!

That sounds a very high target to set yourself, especially when the professionals only recomend to loose a max of 2-3 lbs a week, as any more isn't healthy and you are over exhurting your body and it will result in a heck of a lot of side effects.

If it was possible to loose as much then their would be a miracle cure on the market, yo udidnt gain the weight over night, so it is unrealistic to expect to loose it all over night.

set small achievable goals as they enable the overall picture achievable.

Hi, Kell! Anything is possible. Work hard, work smart, and kick things up a notch by changing your routine. BAM! Our fitness trainer has some great suggestions. You can read his posts under 'Ian Robertson".
You can change your goals as you meet shorter term goals. What would your goal mean losing per week? And what calorie deficit would you have to have in order to do so?
Work the numbers then apply the answers in a way you will end up being successful. My daughter used to ask why everyone said, "Aim high." She said aiming low or high doesn't work because the bullseye is in the middle. Hahaha..so AIM MIDDLE!
