Hi im new and very nervous!

My names caity and im from england. Im not taking phen but im visiting my nurse on tuesday next week and getting put on another weight loss med. Im just desperate and need some help to get me to stick to this. Im very overweight and its damaging my health so i need to do something about it now.

Hey and welcome to the forum.

You have made the important first step and that is acknowledging that you have a 'problem/issue' with your weight, and that is awesome.

You have also joined the BEST support network on the web to help you with your journey to a healthier thinner you (in my personal opinion of this board as this board is incredible, each and every member are angels in disguise)

Take your time to read the existing threads, add to them if you feel able, or be 'comforted' if you like by their words of advice, information, encouragement etc.

Feel able to start your own threads, don't be shy, no one will bite, (well I may if you ask nicely enough :p - lol)
