Susan is right, don't give up! Try adding or changing your exercise rountine or adding a day in. I know how hard it is not to see that needle on the scale move, but you could be losing inches and gaining muscle, which will burn more calories and increase your metoblism. We are all here for you, so don't give up..

Ursy, I've only been on Phen since August 2006 and lost about 40 lbs from Aug 1 - Nov 1. I've lost about 75 lbs total in the past 14 months.

I felt like I was immune also, and was ready to go off of Phen totally and go back to my pcp and find something else that works. I didn't exercise from Aug - Nov, and have switched from low cal., low carb and low fat plans so my body doesn't get used to any of them.

I found out I could order Phen online and after paying $$$$ at my pcp's clinic. I ordered from pricebusterrx and the pills seemed strange - some of the pills would have no effect. Then I placed an order at the beg. of Jan from customhrt, and started exercising 4-6 days a week.

I ordered 5-htp that I have heard others talking about. This really works and I can tell the difference in my appetite with the 5-htp on top of 37.5 mg of Phen. I take 50mg 5htp with meals 3 times a day.

I think I get hungry more often than the first 3 months, but when I eat, it's maybe half a meal or snack.

I'm not sure if I have lost anything in Jan because I said I wouldnt get on the scale until Feb 1st....I cheated last week and weighed - I was still the same weight as Jan 3rd.

I do know I have lost inches, which is as important as weight. We had a cookout this past Sunday and my MIL said have you lost more weight since we saw you? Which was Dec 28th at a bday party.

Have you changed your eating or exercise routine lately?
i.e. more food, less food, a different eating plan, more exercise, less exercise,
Have you tried more or less water for a few weeks?
Are you losing inches vs. lbs ?
Have you taken a total break from Phen for 7-10 days and then started back slowly so your body doesn't get immune quickly?

If you decide to try the 5htp, make sure you take it with food or it will upset your stomach.
