I have been eating cottage cheese and pineapple mostly. I was doing that before I got on the phen 37.5. I picked up some rice cakes today and they weren't as much like styrofaom as I thought they'd be. I am really trying to watch my Cholesterol too. I have high cholesterol. I have not been hungry really at all. So far I have eaten once today, which I know is not good.
How do I set up the ticker? I tried twice but it never showed up on my posts.
