Well, I haven't heard from you as to what type of vitamin you are looking for and what you want from it. My suggestion would be to take a whole food vitamin supplement. Say you needed iron, for example, you take a whole food vitamin that has all the brocolli in the world stuffed into one pill. (Well, not really, but you know what I mean) They are made from whole foods and are more pricey, but well worth it. Good Luck!!!!!
