My question is What kind of excercise do I need to be doing. I don't like my mid section at all. I'm not happy with my upper arms or my thighs. I need help any nutrition foods tips you can give. I've lowered my portion size. I also want to get some advice about foods I need to intake. I have a demanding work schedule so I excercise alot at night so I guess my question is how long do I need to excercise and how many days?:

Hey there Dee Dee I can only mirror what was said before so I won't

I personally have found that 30 minutes is darn near impossible for me at my size so I'm doing 10 minute treadmill every other day (or so thats the general goal) but find myself hopping on it on my days off as an added bonus. I know the more I lose, the more I will have to challenge myself, but right now as obese, that 10 minutes is one helluvah challenge

As long as you are able to get your heart rate up and sweat a bit, don't overdo it because you can hurt yourself, become discouraged because it seems WAY too hard, or completely burn out. The best advice, which has been said is to have fun with it and be consistant.

hmmm and I said I wasn't going to parrot anyone :P OOPS!
