Hello I am new to this forum and was wondering if anyone had any sugestions or info. I just started and the diet pills phen 37 and b-12 shots. The shot seemed to be fine it is the pills where I have concerns about. I started taking a half a pill and it made me feel like a big medicine head so, today I took 1/2 0f a 1/2 of a pill. Is this a normal adjustment to the pill?It really scared me and wnen I called the office that perscribed it there was'nt much concern. Any advice would be greatly apreciated.Thanks.

Alot of the time your body has to get used to something new like Phen.... it's kinda like taking speed... your body has something in it making things move along faster and you aren't used to that.. PLUS you had the b-12 shot... so you're all amped up! Give it a few days... I'm sure it will be less extreme in a few days of taking it.

If you mean you feel kind of wigged out, yeah that is normal, that feeling will go away with time.

Yes.... be sure to eat something every 2-3 hours... even if it's some fruit or a yogurt.... something is better than nothing
