The average cost of Hoodia (which is the replacement product you will inevitably receive) for a 30 day supply is around $40. Companies running this scam will charge you the prescription product cost which they will HIDE in their Terms and Conditions and enforce an non-refundable policy on all products.

I got caught in this scam with a company called: 24/7 Phentermine, but I've come to find out there are many companies employing this same scam, so please be careful. The only way to avoid this scam is to stay informed and read the Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing any weight loss products online.

I was about to order some on-line but am sceptical. So where do i go now?

Smart to NOT order. The sales of all controlled drugs over the internet, where there is no paper prescription,(no doctors online looking at your health history--scam!) is illegal. You cannot trust a thief. You cannot trust a liar. You cannot trust a scammer.

They only SAY they are valid. It is a ruse. Please read what some of our senior posters have said since 2007, when the law changed. Don't get caught in their webs.

Yeah this has been going on for awhile. Besides, online you don't know your getting phentermine or any other drug for that matter. It's definitly something people should watch out for. The only place you can go for Phentermine is to a doctor who prescibes it for you. You can probably call doctors to find out if there are doctors who use it in your area. Other than that you can't get it anywhere. It is considered a controlled substance.

I am about to refill my second bottle. My first bottle, my dr. had it in his office, so I knew it would be good. This time I asked for a RX so I can fill it somewhere. As long as you have a RX will you always get the real thing or not? I am thinking of going to walmart, costco or walgreens. Does anyone know where a good place to go is? Or should I ask them where they get there stuff from? I would buy from my dr. again, but he was a little too much $$. Then again if he is the only one who has the real thing, then I will pay for it!

Also, I have heard that you should wait about 2-3 wks in between your bottles because your body can get used to it. Anyone had that happen? Any suggestions?

I get mine from Wal-Mart and it's only $28. It is the real thing, and honestly it is better to get it from a major retailer like any of the ones you listed.

I don't know about taking 2-3 weeks off from Phen. You're body does get used to it, but that might be too long of a break and you may fall of the wagon knowing that Phen is right around the corner.

I think a couple of days is good for a break.
