Beware of sites claiming to sell Phentermine without a prescription; it is NO LONGER available in the US without a prescription. This is nothing more than another “dirty marketing trick.”

Sites that claim to be able to fill Phentermine prescriptions without a prescription are LYING to you, it cannot be done. Read their Terms and Conditions very carefully, inevitably you will find a clause that allows the site to send you the herbal alternative to Phentermine if you doctor does not approve the request (which he won’t) for the same price!

See this scam in action at:
“I understand and agree to the non-refundable processing fee of $9.96. I understand and agree to allow 247Phentermine.com to contact the physician with regard to a prescription request. If the physician does not approve my prescription within 5 business days, I understand that my weight loss order will be substituted with an amazing, new non-prescription weight loss alternative."

The average cost of Hoodia (which is the replacement product you will inevitably receive) for a 30 day supply is around $40. Companies running this scam will charge you the prescription product cost which they will HIDE in their Terms and Conditions and enforce an non-refundable policy on all products.

See this scam in action:
"My charges, in place of the prescription product, will be adjusted to equal 30 day supply order $89.95 / 60 day supply order $139.95 / 90 day supply order $159.95. I understand and agree that products sold by 247Phentermine.com or/and its affiliates are non-refundable. I understand that in the event a damaged product is received I will ship it back immediately for a replacement of the product, not a refund.”

I got caught in this scam with a company called: 24/7 Phentermine, but I've come to find out there are many companies employing this same scam, so please be careful. The only way to avoid this scam is to stay informed and read the Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing any weight loss products online.

We need to keep this thread alive so that people who don't know about the illegality will at least learn it pretty quickly on this board if they're lucky enough to find us before they send in their cc#. Good move, Kimberly!

This type of scam has been going on for months, and that is why everyone should not even try to find phentermine online. It is too risky and you are taking a chance when you put lord knows what in your body.

Thumbs UP, Kimp! I made this a stuck thread as suggested, so others will see it, too. Thank you so much! YOU ARE RIGHT ON TARGET.

Hi everyone, thanks for you comments. I hope I have helped anyone thinking of ordering Phentermine without a prescription, don't get caught in the same scam I did. I am new to posting on a forum, thanks for making this a "stuck thread" (I don't really know what that means

Thanks Susanpesek. In search for the right diet product I have spotted some more weight loss scams. I am thinking of starting a Dieting Scam blog to warn people. There are some really shady online pharmacies or marketing companies (not really sure who's behind them). What do you think? And any blog title suggestions? I was thinking of something like: Shame On You

Watch for the phen sellers ala phone. Oh my gosh I got a zillion . On a list. that was about 3 months ago so they are still trying to get us because I get a call here and there.
Hang up and be safe. Most Ccardsare on to them.
Who the heck are these people. Ruthless scam artists.
Your Weightloss clinic or Doc is the only way to go.

Make sure you check all your cc statements. If you ever ordered I think they are getting desperate.
