Hello Everyone!!!

As you can tell I am new here - very proud of myself and happy to be here as well!!!

I was wondering though - what products would you recommend more so than the other?

Have a great day!!

Hi peachy and welcome!

I am a newbie too!

I have been on 30 mg of Phentermine for almost 3 weeks, lost about 7-8 lbs. I keep trying NOT to step on the scale, but go w/how I feel.( boy is it tempting to weigh daily**)

I take in the am, 1st I took really early 7am, then 2 hours later ate breakfast and so on through the day, but I found around 5-8pm was very hard AND I was ravenous!
This week I started to take after breakfast, around 10am, and I feel good even now at 11pm at night!
I usually eat a good breakfast, yogurt, little bit of granola mixed it all w/raspberries, or I will eat Curves new cereal and a banana. I TRY to drink lots of WATER!

I am losing slow, but steady is the key as my Dr. told me.
I go Nov. 21st, ughhh day b4 Thanksgiving for weight and bloodwork!

Hope this helps and take care!

Hi, Pooh! I guess the recommendations depend on what you have tried before. If you are more than 30-40% over your ideal weight, and have failed other diets, phentermine will probably help you control your eating until you have learned a new way to eat, which is the MOST important thing. Without that, this will be one of many future diets...no,no,no!! SAY NOT!
Use your time wisely to re-teach yourself new habits and spend time learning about nutrition.
