Well guys, long time no hear from me!! The last time I was here was in August. Ok, a little history. Started phen back in July or so (I think), lost 10 pounds the first week. Then another 3 over two weeks. Yes, I was very excited!! But it all came crashing down one day when I became sick, stomach flu or something. Anyways, I really did not feel like putting much thought into what I was gonna fix for dinner because we all know that it takes time to actually think of something healthy to cook when eating healthy is new to you. So, I just ended up eating any ole thing. As long as I was sick, I continued to just eat any ole thing. Then pretty soon, all of my mojo was gone to continue the diet. Of the 13 pounds or so that I lost, I think I gained back about 5 to 7. Still didnt have my mojo back. Then one day about 2 weeks ago, I went to Golden Corral w/my boyfriend. As I was sitting there eating I saw this lady walk by with a huge mountain of food on her plate and she was really obese. I instantly got my mojo back right that second. I told myself that if I didnt do something now that I could possibly end up looking like her in a few years. So, I re-started phen on 12/03. I know that I have lost some weight, just dont know how much cuz my scale is all whacky!! I probably consume a little over 1000 calories a day, sometimes under  I know I am not supposed to do that but I couldnt help it that day. I am exercising at least 30 minutes a day, or every other day; cardio. And I just introduced a little weights last nite. Overall I feel great and look forward to reaching my goal. OH!! And all I drink is water, except for 1 cup of coffee every morning. I want to keep a journal of what I eat, but I dont eat things that are measured; like 1tsp of this or 2 cups of that. I just eat what I think is not a huge portion. Nothing fried, only baked chicken, steak, or whatever and vegtables. So I hope I am doing something right here.
