Hey all. I will be starting phentermine on monday. My doctor does a "Weight loss clinic" where you gon in once a month to discuss your diet and excercise plan, get your blood pressure checked and prescription refilled. It's really a much safer way to do it. I have tried multiple diet plans, including the very expensive nutrisystems, all to no avail. I've been altering my diet the last few weeks in preparation for phentermine - cut out fast food, eating healthier snacks, etc. A friend of mine said to always carry around water, so I've invested in tons of bottled water! I am excited!
