Hello everyone, It's good to see all the support given to one another on this site, this going to be great. My doctor put me on phentermine 37.5 mg on last Thursday and I weigh myself today and I lost 7 pounds. Where??? It sure doesn't look like it.

Hi everyone i'm new. I have not started yet but i'm going to see my md tomorrow. I hope that he puts me on the meds, but if he does not, then does anyone know what web site i can purchase them from? Thanks in advance

Welcome, Gotta! 7 pounds--WHOA! EXCELLENT!

I couldn't see my loss until 20 pounds were gone...it is a little hard when you see yourself every day!

Trust other indicators at this time....the way clothes fit, how you 'feel', etc.

Welcome aboard Gotta lose! I started Phentermine 37.5 2 weeks ago and lost 7 lbs my first week as well. I couldnt tell either!!! Some say that the first 10 is all water anyway...but 10 is 10 in my book! the 2nd week I only lost 2..but 2 is good and healthy!!
I look forward to hearing about your progress and losing weight with you!

I've lost a lil over 20 and still dont see it, but my co-workers have started coming up to me and telling me that "i'm shrinking" Congrats!!!!

Hi Gotta! You've done a great job with your 7lbs. You just have to remember to stay positive so you don't loose your focus.

Just imagine how you would feel if you had gained 7 bls! Yikes!! I bet you would see it then, wouldn't you?

Have you taken any of your mesaurements yet? Now would be a good time if you haven't. That way, you will know exactly where you lost it from and then you can brag to all of us about it!
