Hi there niecy and welcome to the site. I have been on here since March and have found it to be so helpful for keeping me on track and staying motivated. Everyone here is very encouraging and supportive.

I hear you about fitting in time to exercise but even doing something little like parking further away than you normally would or taking the stairs instead of the elevator/escalator helps. Little by little you can do it! I'll stop by to see how you're doing.

good luck!

Hi, Niecy! Glad to have you here!

There are so many ways but there MUST be a plan and you must decide. Try our diet-talk threads. This is what I did:

Hi Niecy! Welcome to the site, I am new too. We sound a lot alike! I work two jobs too and I'm so busy. One thing I'm trying to do is to have a goal of eating a healthy salad for lunch every day. It's easy, cheap, and I can pull over in the car and eat it. It's tough to plan when you're so busy with work. I'm working on this...I'm not very organized, but I've got to work on that. As long as I have fruit and veggies in the house, I will eat them. I just have to meal plan more and keep fresh groceries in the house so I don't flip out and eat something I shouldn't. I'm just getting started, so I look forward to dieting with you!

Lori

Hi, I start tomorrow and have never taken this stuff before. I have a good 75lbs or so to lose and really hopes this helps jump start my workout!
