Hey, I've came to this forum to get some more advice to loose my weight more faster but not to fast so i don't have any extra skin left over.
Been doing this since November 2007
Went from 19+ Stones to 16 Stones.
But its still to slow sure i loose a bit of weight every week but its not as much as i want..
I do a lot of walking, and lifting due to work, and going out with mates.
My Goal is to be a 32 or 34 Jean size so I've set my goal to 13 Stones.
PS:
Can you add some Veggie Food to the meals....
