I know this will vary from person to person but I would love to hear how much weight you lost in the 1st, 2nd and 3rd month
I am 5'5 and 224 so I am expecting a dramatic loss in the beginning.....
I see that you can only be on phen for 3m......how long of a break do you need after the 1st round???

Hi, Kiddo, and welcome to PhenForum! Most doctors will probably wait 1-3 months before starting you on another round.

I lost 1/2 of a measly pound each week. But I knew from the get-go that it wold be slow because I ate HEALTHY foods, between 1100 and 1400 calories a day, and was fairy sedentary since I was on crutches at the time.

A healthy expectation is .01 x your weight, each week. 1% of 224 = 2.24 pounds a week, or 9 pounds a month. The heavier you are, the more quickly you lose, which is the main reason that 1st month loss is usually the greatest.
