Hello all-
I recently was put on prednisone for three months due to a back injury, and gained close to 30 pounds and 4 inches to my waist. ugh.. i have always been thin. I am a mother of five to include a set of twins, so this wieght gain has been hard, since I never really gained with my pregnancies. My doctor put me on Phentermine Tuseday (12 May 09) 30 mg. I feel great, no more nightly snacks, and I eat over half less. I feel energized every morning, even though I get to sleep later. My firend takes this and she has lost nearly 45 pounds since Jan. My husband and Best friend are taking it now too. We are so excited.....

Hey Girls, I am a newbie too. I haven't purchased any phen yet but I am trying to figure out if the stuff online is the same grade as the prescription stuff. Can anyone give me some info.

Hello, all. I am new to the forum. I stumbled upon the site while researching phentermine on the web. I must say that I am glad I did find it! This site provides a place for people to get good information and reviews about the products. I am not taking phentermine because I am trying to locate a Dr. in the Fayetteville, NC area who prescribes them. Hello everyone. I am starting day 3 on Phentermine and this morning I was down 4.4 pounds. Most of that is probably water but I don't care! I'm still thrilled. My doctor prescribed 37.5 and day 1 I took half of the pill and did great. Yesterday I took half in the morning 1 hour after having pineapples and cottage cheese and then I took another half about 5 minutes before lunch. Very bad idea! Way too strong for me with the second half. I'm going to stick to just half in the mornings for now until I build tolerance and then add the 2nd half if needed. Wish me luck on my weight loss journey! I welcome any advice and tips along the way!

okay I have a question. Does anyone else have pressure in your chest at the end of the day after the phentermine wears off? I'm only taking half of the 37.5 in the a.m. Is this a normal side effect?

It seems that everyone is taking higher amounts of phen. My doc prescribed 15. Is this enough to start with?
