Your welcome !! What a pain in the Arse and can get pricey, eh?. Yeah things aren't like they use to be, for alot of ppl.
I seem to be the only one who has problems speaking and dealing with my Dr. and my Dentist. My Dh has no problems whatsoever speaking and dealing with ppl but, for some reason, I think their all a pain in my @$$. He has no problems with either one, it's just me that has the problem.
I don't like confrontation, so when I actually have to deal with my Dr. or Dentist or whomever sometimes, I come off as being rude but, I was not trying to. Then later, I feel guilty and end up calling to apologize incase they took my words the wrong way.
I try to get and need my DH to speak for me alot because, I just can talk to ppl period, on here, I do fine but, otherwise, I come off as being rude when really I'm all. My DH finally said, no more speaking up for me, so I'll have to suck up more things , I guess and I'm like gees thanks for the support (as I kick him in the head). Life is such a kiljoy !?!?!
I hope your Dh is more supportive if your married. What about them vowels in sickness and health.

Hello everyone!
I am new at this so I would really like some info on this product. My doctor won't prescribe me phentermine.I have a friend that did take the prescribe phentermine and he lost 60lbs in 3 mos. So, I look up phentermine and found phentramin-d. Does it really work? With of course with diet and exercise. I need somenthing that would give me a push with energy and suppress my appetite.
Back in the day when ephedra was available. I took hydroxycuts. And that did miracles for me. Lost the weight I needed in 8 mos, had energy and maintain it (5 years) til the birth of my daughter 2 years ago.
Now I weigh 190. My goal is 135-140. I've tried hydroxycuts hardcore nothing happen even finish the bottle didn't have the same effect like before (ephreda banned). Tried lipo-6 nothing happen.
I just need the push with energy and the appetite suppressant.
So, I hope someone/anyone can help me with phentramin-d?
And I don't need the BS but direct to the point.

Hi There ! Thanks for the welcome :o)
I just started back on phentermine, I took the pills back a couple years ago and had lost close to 60 lbs in a matter of months, I was really motivated at the time because I was going back to Singapore to visit my family who hadn't seen me since I was 12 well when I came back I had a really bad breakup with my ex who I was with for 3 years and was planning to marry one day, so things just started to head down hill... but i'm doing alot better now, still single but happier than i have been in a long time. I started phentermine again today and cant wait to just let the weight fall off, I tried a few diets the last couple months but its just taking so long...

No BS !! Phentermine the prescription works the best, from what I've read on here and seen ppl's results. I'd try and find another Dr. somehow.
It is illegal to order this stuff off the internet so you would probably get scammed and waste your money,so I wouldn't go that route. You have to find a Dr. or a weightloss clinic to get it.
As for the Pills phentramin-d on this site there are mixed reviews some love it, some do not do very well. It depends on how our bodies react since, we all react differently to the same medications.
Point blank all of these diet aides are suppose to be used as a tool and if you do not change old eating habits to better one's, count calories, increase your exercise to even 10 minutes a day, such as walking, anything is better then nothing, and drinking at least 66 to 120 oz of water a day.
Then when you get off any medication and go back to your old eating habits, you will regain all your weight back. I heard a High Protein, Low Carb Diet is the way to go.
I wish, I could help you more. Did you check out the reviews for phentramin-d on this site ? The only other thing I can suggest is visit a few journals and on the very first page they usually mention, what they are trying.
I wish you much luck and keep us posted on what you decide to do. You may also want to repost this Question in the meet and greet section or chat it up so other's can see it in your own thread. I just so happen to float around and found it.

Hello everyone, Im kinda new here, but not new to Phentermine. I was on it 6 years ago, & I lost 30 lbs, in less than 4 months! And I kept it off for 6 years! Just in the past year, I have put on about 35 lbs. (sympathy weight for my pregnant sister) I started Tenuate yesterday. I like it a lot, however I feel that Phentermine works better and faster. I know my doctor will switch my script to Phen if I don't see a difference in a month. But regardless, I am so looking forward to being thin again!!! GET ME OUT OF THESE SWEAT PANTS!!!!!!

Hello every one
Im new to these boards (though i have been lurking for a few weeks now and decided to sign up). Im from Australia and i have been taking the 30mg Duromine caps for 4 weeks and have just started on the 40mg caps a few days ago. In the first few weeks i lost 5kg (11lbs i think) but now the weightloss has slowed down, though that is to be expected :(
I have lost a total of 6.5kg (14lbs) so far and i am really happy with the results.
Though unlike most i dont have any side effects really, the first 3 days i did but not any more, just a slight dry mouth thats about it really, plus i have no problems sleeping even if i take the pills at 11am! I told my doctor and he said i must be metabolising the pills fast, and not to worry. So i guess im one of those lucky ones that does have any side effects.
Im really impressed by these forums as every one is helpful and really nice and i look forward to getting to know you all. It will also be nice to talk to people that are going through the same thing as me, and wont judge me.
Look forward to hearing from you all
xoxo

Hi and welcome, soontobeslim !!! Congrats on the 14 lbs so far I'm impressed. You should repost this up in the meet and greet section so other's can greet you in your own thread. Great to have you aboard and yes you were very lucky not to suffer through, some of the side effects, I've read.
I completely understand the " wont judge me "comment. That's why alot of ppl join these kinda of forum's because, most are going through the samething and feel the same way.
I look forward in following your progress.
