Things seem confusing online at first, especially if this is the 1st online group you have ever joined; the best thing to do is try things on your own and read, read, read, especially the stickies at the tops of the threads and the weight loss journals, which chronicle our weight loss trips, individually.

The best way to get a question addressed immediately is to PM one of the senior members or one you see is online at the same time you are or me....but if they don't answer back, realize they may have left their computer while logged in or gone on vacation....or have a migraine..ok! I have done all that! GUILTY!

I take a Phentermine 37.5 mg daily in the AM. I am concerned that it leaves me weak in the evening (Hungry). Is it possible to split it in 1/2 (it is a scored tab) and take the 1/2 AM and 1/2 approx. 2 pm.

absolutely - I think splitting the 37.5 and taking it in the am and then again around noon to 2:00 is the best way to take it. when I was taking phen, I did that and found that it made me a lot less "hyped" at any given time. Actually, I got where I only took 1/2 in the am and not any more for the day.

My name is Shannon and I am 27 and I live in Arizona. My doctor put me on Phentermine 30mg which I will start in the morning. I would love some tips. I weigh 262 and my goal is 150 which is alot I know but I really need to do this.

Good Morning everyone! .. I am pretty new to the forum. I Loooove it though! .. I have read through several post - new and old and really am grateful to have run upon this site...

My question is that. I have been taking Phentermine 37.5mg tablets (generic for Adipex-P 37.5mg) for a few months now. I received mines through prescription from my doctor. My 1st few bottles were from Amide MFG (A159) coding. I absolutely looooooved those pills !!! ... Well, for the past two months, my Walgreens prescription has changed its MFG to Caraco ....... HATED IT !!! These pills are awful. They are wayyyy weaker and taste gross. If I'd taken the Amide MFG late in the evening, I would be up all through out the night. I purposely took one of these Caraco pills at 7pm one day to make sure that I wasn’t just going bazonkers and after doing so, I was able to go right to bed at 11pm... It also does NOTHING at all for my appetite, nor does it do anything for my energy levels.. I eat properly and exercise regularly as well...........

Point of the matter is that, I get my new prescription next week and I am planning to go to a different pharmacy. One such as Wal-Mart, Kmart, Target, The local Grocery store, etc .. Any pharmacy that does not purchase from Caraco MFG basically.. One of my coworkers use the Wal-Mart pharmacy and her bills are blue with darker blue specks MFG Quailtest - coding V 5030 .... Does anyone have any personal experience with those or any other MFG’s ??? ........ You all's help would be greatly appreciated .......... THANKS !!!! .. Chow for now !!!!

Thank you for welcoming me. I hope that joining this website will motivate and help me reach my weightloss goals.
A few years ago and got" P" from lighthouse meds. I can no longer get them from anymore from lighthouse meds. I don't know if they went out of business or not. I have ordered "P" from other online sources and I can say that I spent about $1,000.00 and didn't see any results. I workout about 3-4 times a week and I'm getting frustrated because I see little result. I would like to ordered the "P" again but I'm afraid that i'm going to get ripped off again. i would like to ask my doctor to prescribe them to me, but how would I go about asking my doctor? Or I would like to order them from a good website. I welcome all responses and comments. I'm just frustrated. please help!!!! = (
