Hi everyone.. just found this site searching for info on phentermine.. I think its the same thing as "duromine" in Aus which i have been taking for about a week.
I have lost 3.5kg in a week!! Have barely any appetite, but am still making myself eat, healthy food.. I have a lot to lose eek.. How much do people tend to lose taking this stuff??

Hello and Welcome !!! That's correct. Great going on the weightloss !!!! Good girl, smart choice to make yourself eat. I've read, that side effect does not last very long and not everyone gets it. Your very lucky, but you must eat.

varies really, depending on, how much you have to lose,those who have more to lose will lose faster at first and more in a month. Maybe, you will be, one of the one's, that have lost 10 lbs, in the first month.

Hello! This is my second day on phen and I was wondering how anyone has an appetite?? I just have zero desire to eat after I take it. I eat a good breakfast (oatmeal and toast) but had to force myself to eat anything else. Is this how you loose weight? I only need to loose 20 pounds and am excited to exchange info with anyone!
