I have started P this month and I have not had much trouble so far...I have lost over 6 lbs and am looking to loose much more..I am hopeing that being here with you guys will help me stay on my diet...here I goooo

Ok well bring up this website in another browser:http://www.phenforum.com/ticker and make your ticker there keep the browser open. Then after you do that in your phen browser right click on quick links and click on edit signautre. Once you have made your ticker go back to that browser and highlight and copy then paste the bbcode ticker in your signature for the phen click edit preview and it should be there and if it is correct just click save signature and it will now pop up when you leave a comment or entry.
