I just wanted to say hello to everybody, I have been on phen and HCG in the past and i lost 57 pounds total. But now i am back since i have gained all the weight back and more. I am just on here to get some support as i am weak when it comes to dieting. I am 28 and I have too much weight on me. Well i will be browsing your board and reading up on how i can lose all this weight again. Thank you for looking..your board looks very nice.
