Hello! I just started Phen on Saturday and I am very excited!!! After gaining 62lbs with my pregnancy I have been struggling to lose the weight, I was so tired of feeling this way so I finally talked to my doctor.

I just had a quick question does anyone know if it is okay to take tylenol while on this medicine? I have a bit of a headache this morning and wasn't sure.

Hi, Crystal, and welcome to the Forum! Often it gives headaches for several days until your body becomes more accustomed to the medicine. Many folks take 1/2 the 37.5 tablet the first 7-10 days and that cuts down on headaches.

Tylenol should be fine, but remember that it all gets synthesized through the liver, so take as little as will help~

Welcome!! I took Tylenol because the Phen did give me a headache no matter if I took one or a half. Just be sure you slowly go off of it to. I tried just to stop taking it and thought my head was going to pop off!
