I just found this site today but have been on Phentermine since Feb. 20, 2009. Since then I have lost 20.6 lbs. I started working out in January and lost 7 lbs until the med. cam along and then I also started watching everything that went in my mouth. I track my calories, fat, protein, sodium, and carbs everyday. I also go to the gym 5-6/week for 60-90min.
When I first went in Jan. I could not do cardio for more than 10min let alone a sit up. I am glad I stuck with it and now love doing it.
I was wanting to know other peoples experience on phen too.
