hi everyone...im new here and its my first time joining a forum,,,i joined cuz i need to lose weight for june to fit into a dress,,i dont get much motivation and support at home so i hope to find that here..any way just wanna say hi and feel welcome..

This is a great place for motivation.It is so good to know that others are on the same journey us. I too have only just begun and I log into this site several times a day just to keep me excited and on the right track. Starting a journal is a great way to keep yourself accountable. Make THIS the LAST diet you EVER have to go on! I bet I lost and regained more than 700 pounds in my adult life. What a waste that I wasn't able to maintain any of it! FINALLY, I found help when I joined MY first forum right here.
