Be very careful that you don't cut your calories too much...recommended daily intake is 1200 to 1500 per day, and it is best if you divide that up into 6-8 mini meals. The reason you don't want to cut the calories too much is that your body will think you are starving it and start storing even more fat...so that isn't a good thing. Read some of the stickies at the tops of the forums and it will explain it better.
You will find lots of great information, tons of motivation, and wonderful suggestions for making things a little easier on this bumpy road we call weight loss! You will probably make a few friends along the way, too!
