There is tons of advice we could give you, but I will start with just the basic stuff, and you will pick up the rest as you read through the forums.
First, ideally your calorie intake should be about 1200 to 1500 calories per day, including plenty of fruits and veggies. It is best to divide your day into 6-8 mini meals. And don't forget to drink 80 -100 oz of water per day also...this is very important!
Exercise for at least 20 minutes 3-5 days a week...you don't have to join a gym or anything fancy...as long as it is something that will increase your heart rate and keep it up for that 20 minutes it is okay...even if it is just dancing around your house! lol!
Another good tip is to write down everything you eat and drink for a while, and include as close to exact calorie counts as possible. You will probably be amazed by what you are eating without even realizing it. This lets us see what we can change to make this diet better and makes us stay accountable for what we are eating or drinking.
This is a great start to what you can do to jumpstart your loss....but the most important is to stick with it...take whatever help the phen gives you and make it work to its best advantage for you! Now is the time to change all the bad habit to good ones.
