Hello, Hi Im stopping buy to introduce my self, Im 19 year's old and I have for a while been about 20lbs over weight or so.
Im 6'2, I recently started my diet with a doctor that my mom recommended, It's been great! So far I have lost 18lbs In about 7 week's. Right now Im 205 but seem's like my 30 Phentermine has stopped working, I have been stalled for two weeks now at the same weight,Im going for my third week and Im scared it's going to be the same.
I have no craveing's at all but I just can't loose the 15lbs other pound's I want to loose,its getting frustrating.
Now for what I eat, My diet is base on a 1,000 calorie diet NO MORE. Im eating about 700 calories per day. I work hard, Carpet Cleaning to be exact(sweat all day) and I do thirty minute walks. I drink about 3 water bottles per day also. I watch what I eat like no fatty food just like sandwiches,salad's ect...
What can I do to speed up the process again? 
Please help me!
