Hello everyone who read this journal! I'm new and fresh at this site and I would like to start a new program in order to lose weight and get back in shape I lost thanx to my beloved work
This time I will not deal with any special diet or calorie counting...just good bye to chocolates, fast food, meals after 7 p.m. ....so, less carbohydrates...more proteins and vitamines, exercises and water...and most important your support here ...see you around!

Hi and welcome to trhe Forum!

Sounds like you have a great plan and that Eilieen will conquer~ My maintenance is to eat healthy first and then extra protein if hungry. It really is a novel way to challenge one's self.

Aim for:
3, 1/2 c. servings of different fat free dairy
3, 1/4 c servings different whole grains
6, 1/2 c. servings different vegetables, no butter, no sauces
3, 1/2 c servings different berries
2,1/4 c servings different meats, poultry, fish
2, 1/8 c servings different nuts.
DAILY DRINK 60-100 OUNCES WATER.
