I don't know if anyone has ever tried this, but, I don't really care for bananas myself and I buy banana baby food and it's the same thing just in a different form. If you have the baby food, you can mix it in with anything you want (hot cereal, pudding, etc.) to mask the taste if that's the problem.
I know it sounds goofy, but it makes leg cramps go away really fast.
I've never taken the vitamins, but I think that most of the multi-vitamins have potassium in them.
