My experience with Phentermine

Phentermine has been great for me. I used to take phentermine with pondimin before it was taken off the market. I had great success with it. I lost over 100 pounds. I didn't have any heart damage from this product. In fact, my anxiety attacks stopped, I was full of energy, and my mood was stabilized. Over the years, I gained back my 100 pounds and then some due to all the steroids and anti-depressants. I have suffered with major mood swings and low self-esteem due to being overweight. I have been taking phentermine for the past month and I have had no side effects. I have lost 20 pounds and I don't have to take anti-depressants. Phentermine works well for all my ailments. I have fibromyalgia and since the time I have been back on phentermine, I have had less pain episodes. It does curb my appetite and it gives me lots of energy. I was having a problem with getting my appetite back around 11:00 or 12:00 at night. I would feel the need to eat. Now I just try to be in bed before that time. I do not have any problems sleeping. I have also supplemented my diet with One A Day Weight Smart and that seems to help with curbing my appetite even more. I am also changing from 30 mg to 37.5 mg this month. I am a huge supporter of phentermine. To me it is better than paying $40,000 for bariatric surgery.

Today is just my second day. The biggest side effect for me is that I am thirsty all of the time so I spend alot of time in the bathroom also! LOL! I also had a headache yesterday but I took some asprin and was fine.

Otherwise I have not noticed anything bad.

My first day on Phen I ate about 1/3 of what I normally do. I made myself eat even though I was never really hungry. I have read that it is important to eat to keep you metabolism up. Eating several small meals seems to be the best for me. I just eat until I am full.

hey need just wanted to say that the headache could be from lack of potassium because you are going to the bathroom alot more you need the extra potassium..... i take a potassium pill that i got from my doctor... i am actually taking a phentermine, potassium, water and fat burner pill daily... just thought i would offer the information...
