I just started yesterday and all of the side effects you named i have them. But its like when i smell food it grosses me out. I am currently at 284lbs so i will go and weigh in within 5 days. What are any suggestions to me to speed this process, but in a healthy way. I know about excercising and eating right but are there any other suggestions? By the way today is August 8, 2005. Do you think I will see any results by August 22, 2005?

"are there any other suggestions" You answered yourself in the words before hand. But their are lots of other more detailed ideas. It would take for evey to sit here and name the all. I would rec. that you read through entire site and you will find all types of good info. Then if you have a more detailed question. Just let me or anyone else know.

Oh and yes I have great faith that if you eat and excrise you will see plenty of results by the 22nd.

Thank you Ace for those encouraging words. I needed that! Well instead of 5 days I will weigh in at 7days which is a week. So when I do weigh in I will post it. By the way ace what is your current weight loss status with this product and what your diet plan that you are on?

i was wondering, how long can you take this befor you build a tollerance? I am a little nervous, I have alot of weight to lose

I've heard people cycle it after 5 days (on 5, off 2 or 3), take it for 30 days, or every other day. I myself don't remain on it longer than 10 - 14 days before getting a rest. It's how my body handles it.

I have been on it non-stopfor 4 months and keep losing every week. My suggestions are to write down everything you eat.. even if its a bite. It helps find where your problems lie, that time of the month, night, etc. I look at this as a learning experience. Phen helps you answer the do I WANT another piece or NEED another piece (aka will power). Another suggestion is measure yourself along with weighing. On the weeks I lose the least lbs, I lose the most inches. I suggest thigh, hip, stomach, chest, and arm. I do it every week and it helps with motivation, especially when you lose 5 lbs one week and .5 the next. On some of my .5 weigh ins, I lose 2 in. on hips or tummy. Drink lots of water and use it to benefit you by learning your triggers, and portion sizes. Also, who knew how many calories they were consuming before you start to pay attention.
I have yet to build a tolerance, but my doc says everyone is different with phen, it could be after a month or a year. He suggested to take time off (3 weeks or so) after 6 months if I don't plateau before. Hopefully when I do, the effects will be as strong as the first few weeks were!
